The urea filter element is generally replaced once for 50,000 to 60,000 kilometers.

Use inferior urea:

Impurities in inferior vehicle urea will cause crystallization in the exhaust pipe, produce massive solids, block the exhaust pipe, and even damage the engine.

Nozzle atomization effect or nozzle failure:

The post-processing SCR system can be divided into two types: airless and air-assisted. Generally, the working pressure of urea injection without air assistance is relatively high, so the nozzle valve needle may be loosely closed, resulting in the low temperature stage that should not work, and urea cannot be hydrolyzed at high temperature, resulting in rapid crystallization.
